Lawrence Peers is committed to an intentionally integral approach to his work with individuals, leaders and organizations across the county. His coaching has been honed through his extensive background and experiences which draw upon his expertise in organizational dynamics, clinical and spiritual psychology, and somatics.
He often works with leaders and individuals during times of change, conflict or life/career transition. He assists his clients in taking a proactive stance in order to lead or live “from a different place” with a renewed sense of skillful purpose. He writes and teaches extensively on shifting leadership narratives, innovation and being “on purpose.”
Larry leads national seminars on well-being for helping professionals, mid-life and end-of-career transitions and on aligning spirit and strategy in organizations. He also does “Working on Purpose individual and small group coaching.
Larry’s background includes graduate degrees in psychology and in theology and a doctoral degree in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University. He is a certified ontological coach (The Newfield Network), a certified somatic coach (The Strozzi Institute), a certified Open Focus Attention coach, and a HeartMath Coach.
